His elder brother Mugunthan was looks fair and handsome. His villagers motivate him to act in Movies. Mugunthan gets interest to act in Movies and he wants to prove himself in the field of Film Industry. When he went to Tiruchendur Murugan Temple with his family in a car, they met with an accident at Ettaiyapuram, Kayatharu Village (the place where Veerapandiya Kattapomman was hanged to death) and Mugunthan lost his life. Since the Mugunthan’s family was not having his individual photo, the entire villagers were sad for him, for not having his photo to do karma. So Sundarrajan decided to wants to show his face to all over the world. Then Sundarrajan have taken an oath to make his brothers dream, comes true and gets into Cine Field.
In his school life he gets prizes in Extra Curricular activities like Acting, Dancing, Singing and also in sports like Hocky, Football, Cricket etc., and then Joined in Acting Course in Madras Christian College, Tambaram, Chennai.
In 1996 he gets worked in his first Tamil movie named “Mappillai Manasu Poopola”. He acted as an supporting actor in this film and also gets trained in all departments of Cine Field. Finally he was very well become expert in 21 crafts like Producer, Story, Screenplay, Dialogues, Lyrics, Direction, Cinematography, Singer, Stills, Music, Background Music, Production Designer, Art, Choreography, Stunt, Location Manager, Titling, Costumes, Hair Dresser and Actor (Hero) of Cine Field.
